Believable HQ
For 25 years, we ran our Slimming World groups from local church halls, always dreaming of a space we could truly call home. In October 2024, that dream became reality when we found 74B Jubilee Road, Waterlooville and fell in love. We transformed the space into a warm, welcoming, and friendly environment—somewhere our members could feel comfortable and supported. And so, Believable was born, a name inspired by our love of Ted Lasso and the belief that anything is possible with the right support.
With Believable HQ, new opportunities have opened up. Alongside our award-winning Slimming World groups, we now offer a range of wellness activities to help people feel their best, inside and out. We’re still learning, growing, and adapting, but we’re loving every moment of this new journey—especially the chance to support even more people in reaching their goals.
SHARON MANN
Sharon became a Slimming World consultant in May 2000 after welcoming her third son and losing three stone—and she’s been inspiring others ever since. Warm, supportive, and always ready with a smile (or a bad joke!), she loves nothing more than helping people feel good about themselves.
Her favourite part of Slimming World is understanding the psychology behind habits and behaviors, helping members break down barriers and believe in themselves. Whether she’s offering words of encouragement, celebrating every win, or sharing a laugh, Sharon’s passion for people shines through in everything she does.
EMILY MANN
Emily joined the social team in 2005 and lost 2 ½ stone and has been there ever since. You will always find her at the scales or getting stuck into the fun, whether it’s joining in with activities, cheering everyone on, or making sure HQ feels like a second home for all.
Emily loves the food and nutrition side of Slimming World and manages all the social media interactions.
THE TEAM
Behind the scenes at Believable HQ, making sure everything runs like clockwork, are Jo, Beckie, and Pam—the dream team who keep the place feeling like home.
Jo is the queen of organisation, always one step ahead and ready to lend a hand wherever it's needed. Beckie is the rock we all rely on—steady, dependable, and always bringing warmth and laughter, making every group feel like a catch-up with friends. And then there’s Pam, the mum of the team, with a heart of gold and a reassuring presence that makes everyone feel looked after.
Together, they keep Believable HQ running smoothly, creating a welcoming space where everyone feels supported, encouraged, and part of something special.
