About Believable

We have been running Slimming World groups from Church halls for 25 years until October 2024.

We always dreamt of having our own place to call home for our members. We found 74B Jubilee Road, Waterlooville and fell in love. We renovated the unit to feel warm inviting and friendly and so Believable was born. The name Believable actually came from a love of Ted Lasso.

With Believable HQ came new opportunities, we can now offer new wellness activities to everyone as well as Slimming World. We are still adapting and learning but loving our new beginnings.

Slimming World Groups

Sharon and Emily Mann are a team who have been part of the Slimming World family for over 25 years. Sharon became a consultant in 2000 after losing three stone following the birth of her third son, and Emily joined the social team in 2005 after losing 2 ½ stone herself. They even had to rearrange their wedding after winning a Slimming World holiday for their dedication to their members! Sharon loves the psychology behind people’s habits (and a good bad joke), while Emily is all about the food, nutrition, and social side of things.

Their groups have won multiple awards, including Gold, Diamond, and the Most Prestigious Group of the Year in 2014, but their biggest achievement is the amazing community they’ve built, supporting people every step of the way.

Wednesday Groups

We run two groups on Wednesdays

The first session starting at 5:30pm and second at 7:00pm

Thursday Groups

Our morning groups are available at 7:30am, 9:00am and 10:30am

Our evening groups are available at 5:30pm and 7:00pm
